Azer Scientific’s Sapphire brand 2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes are manufactured in a class 100,000 clean-room with raw materials sourced from only trusted suppliers. The polypropylene used in our molds provides a high level of clarity, allowing for the easy observation of the sample inside. As with all of Sapphire’s microcentrifuge tubes, these are guaranteed to be free of any DNase, RNase, and Pyrogens, reducing the risk of sample contamination.
Each tube features a reinforced conical bottom, tested and rated to withstand centrifugal forces up to 26,000xg. Additionally, our positive-seal cap design allows for repeated cap closures while eliminating pressure induced popping of caps.
