Azer Scientific Stain Kit for the Hema-Tekautomated stainer is specifically designed for use in the Hema-TekI, II, 1000, and 2000 hematology stainers. The drop-in carton contains Modified Wright-Giemsa stain, buffer and rinse for differential counts of white blood cells, morphology of red blood cells and quantitation of platelets in blood and bone marrow smears. Methylene blue and Azure B stain nuclear material shades of blue to purple and Eosin-Y stains the cytoplasm of cells and orange to pink color.
